Props for having the cojones to wear all that!

Thanks, mate.

Dear God, NORE...are you black?

I'm west indian-american

I mean, I can't be sure, but it looks like it in the photographs.

Very astute, you are.

I did not know that NORE was black until right now, either.

:uhoh: do I poast like a white man?

+1, I like the texture of the jacket in particular

Woven linen. There was a thread here about it in the past year or so. I kopped from SF :slayer:

Well, I'm going to hold off judgement for now and wait until the birth certificate is produced.

Good idea, he might be African-American.

See above...

Did not know Carlton Banks posted on SF.

I loved that show. Many aspiring/up-in-coming actors had cameos on that show. I loved Carlton and will do teh dance at this years OWS.

I'm going to watch the miniseries, "Roots," again tonight, inspired by the dialog in this thread.
Have you ever been to the part of Mexico shown in the following photograph?
It's way, way up in the mountains.

It's actually in Brasil. I don't feel like I'm under arrest. You ain't accustomed to customs you ain't been nowhere, huh?

Nothing at all. I still don't understand why you always bring up those shoes. FWIW, I didn't even ask for the red bottoms, they just came that way because the lining is red, I guess, which wasn't my idea either.

They are super comfortable and I do not mind wearing them in inclimate conditions. That said I think I need to post over on the B. Nelson thread.

FWIW I sound like Spongebob wearing these in teh office due to my socks rubbing. I hate that!

I'm lost. You have worn my black boots and know that they are comfortable? Worse, you have worn them in incliment weather?

I wouldn't hire someone who did not know (genuinely) who the Beatles were. Not because I am a big fan, but because to me this signals a cloistered mind.

I think just about everyone know's who the Beatles where, but they might not have heard their music though. Around here more people have heard Lady Gaga's music than the Beatles' music, seriously, and it's nothing to do with having a cloistered mind either.

On a related note DerekS thought that dubstep was a female performer, so I suppose it takes all kinds...

I'd never head of dubstep until I looked it up on Google. Learn something new each day. :)
