Am I the only one who thinks that TTS, like unicorns, is something we wish existed, but doesn't really? I think the best anyone can really say is x size from y manufcturer on z last fits my particular feet well.

appooh, are the sizes you mentioned US or UK? What is your TTS? I am trying to figure out how to size the Detroit for myself.

Yep, Gentlemens MTO is on double leather if I recall correctly.

I think it is still up for debate. I personally hope it is on Dainite as opposed to double leather.

Preface: I read most of the thread a while back and answered this question for myself but have since forgotten the answer.

Which is the best (most inexpensive) online vendor to buy carmina from for someone who lives in the states?

Gentleman's Footwear and Epaulet New York are two good places to buy from. The trick is that most sellers have very different stock so I'm personally more concerned with finding the model I want... Price is rarely an option!
