Wow this is crazy. At my school there were a lot of fights but it was always evenly matched. Of course there were kids who picked on others, but they never aimlessly beat them up. When these kids would pester me I punched them square in the face and they didn't even do anything back, they would just leave. I can't say that I'm proud of it but I only had to do it a few times then no one messed with me again. I think bullies like this are so used to not getting anything back, then they are socked when someone actually stands up.

I don't see how fighting back would work for this kid though, but there should be a way to scare the bully. If he has older cousins he can use them. I also liked the post about the note with family members on it, that would freak someone out.

As a nerd, I managed to get a hold of the school's electronic student files, including information on relatives, addresses, and lockers. During one break (it was near final exams), I got into his locker and stole all his books. I left a computer-printed note with the names of his family members and addresses. It's not an action that I'm particularly proud of, but the bullying stopped after that, without any confrontations or violence. Although this quote is a bit extreme, I see a lot of truth in it.
That's along the lines of what I was thinking. Now he should take it one step further and punch someone's sister in the mouth. Teach them a lesson. Boooya!

When I was in elementary school, I was definitely the top guy at my school....By far. Then I moved and was not used to not knowing anybody...I moved constantly every two years (or less) since 5th grade which meant I was a very confused child while going through puberty...I got very introverted and was messed with a little bit, but never severe. The only time some jackass "gangsta" wannabe was starting **** to me one of my only friends told him to stfu (and this guy was one of those guys that no one ever talked back to). A couple of days later, the douchebag turned on my friend (verbally, not physically) and I didn't say anything. I felt like a pile of ****. After that day, I've always been the first one to stand up to anyone who's being a prick.

The most recent example was of the two guys who lived next to me in my dorms. One was a frat douche and the other was a nerd. The frat douche somehow got the entire hall to hate the nerd and actually got the nerd kicked out to the 6th floor. Now the frat douche has the room all to himself. Despite me calling him out every time he started ****, no one listened to the truth and the douchebag won in the end....Or did he? He can no longer drive his car as its windshield (and all his windows) are plastered with usps mailing label stickers...I wonder who did that?
