Once a person has a jacket fitted for proper length, to their torso, then they can use the point the hem hits on their hands as an indicator in future purchases. Arm length varies between individuals of the same height and should not be involved in the fitting process.

The left shoulder needs a little work, too, due to perhaps balance or pitch. It's a good-looking suit.
