Anyone looking for a pair of Jefferson 1.0 first quals. I wore them maybe 8 to 10 times. Pm or will be posted classifieds when I get home.

PSA:

Someone on Ebay is selling a pair of new Leeds in brown, but these are the old Leeds from many years ago. Looks like they need some conditioner, but otherwise, are in pretty good shape. They are only $134. I won't be getting these, but someone should consider them. Size is 8 D.

I saw those the other day. Tempting, but I think I'm going to go shell on Leeds, cause shell.

Perhaps a (very?) stupid question, but does anyone know if the suede versions of the Strand fit the same as the leather? I ask because I am a 10 C on the 5 last, and the suede Strands are not offered in that width.

It's actually a good question. In my experience, the only time I've noticed a difference in size is when the suede version of a shoe is unlined, e.g. the snuff side Neumok.

My suede Strands and my calf Strands fit the same.
YMMV

FWIW, I have the Loden suede Strands in my normal 9.5 E and find they fit notably tighter than my other Strands (dk chili, nave, oxblood). Then again, it could be a variance in individual shoes but you might be OK going with a D width. You can always return...

OK Gentleweasels -

I've decided that I should really part with these:

Burgundy Shell Cordovan Leeds with a natural welt in 12 E. They're also on the old 8 last. I teased these before, but have now decided they should go. Only worn twice after recraft! PM me with questions.
