I own both and like both. But the color 8 model is more versatile. Knowing nothing about your collection, I would tip the scale in favor of the 2145 on color alone. You could also give some thought to the medallion toe blucher at JGilbert. It is on the Plaza last. And they offer 8 and black shell.Friends, I am currently have my eyes set on a pair of medallion tip bluchers in color 8 or black, aberdeen last (2145 and 2146) but am undecided because Im not sure how they will look.If friends on the forum would have some pictures (new and aged) for these styles that would be really helpful in me making up my mind. Thanks for helping!
Busy week for you!
So, if there's a Ravello LWB in my size, I should buy it, right? Even if I already have a tan-ish CXL LWB? And even if I'd prefer some kind of Ravello boot if I had the option?
would people want color 4 so bad if it was as common as color 8?
Yea I think it's scarcity makes for it's desirability much more so than it's color.A reasoanble question, and one I will leave for others to answer.
But there are some - myself included - that prefer other colors to color 4.
