Like that one... you could carry everything but the kitchen sink! The question being, would you want to?

Do you already have the bike picked out? IMHO, if you're going to be carrying grocery-sized loads, you might want to find a bike that can handle a basket or panniers, like some others have suggested. Riding a bike with anything more than a light load on your back sort of sucks.
