For the reference, I'm 5'8" 160lbs. Suit size 36 to 38.

J. Crew tailored fit - Size M is like in between S/M of Ralph Lauren Custom fit polo. The cut is similar with same shoulder as it narrows down to the waist. Both J. Crew and RL Custom seems more of an athletic fit.

Fred Perry (Made in England) - Size 38. I like the look of their products, but their Made in England polos just don't fit me well at all. Their armholes are huge with a short sleeve. Makes for a weird bunching in the armpit area. Their shoulders are too narrow. Not to mention, they shrink like a ***** after washing and drying. I have 2, not gonna buy any more. Size 38 is similar to S/M of RL Custom fit with narrower shoulders.

Fred Perry 60s short collar (Made in Portugal) - Size 38. The best fitting Fred Perry polo I have. Fabric is a lot better and easier to take care of. Higher armholes, shoulders more proportional to chest.

Fred Perry (Made in China) - Size S. Sizing is similar to Size 38 of the MiE, with slightly longer sleeves, wider shoulders, and less delicate fabric. Holds up a lot better after washing and drying.

How can I forget my favourite.

Uniqlo Dri Fit/Cool Dry? - Size S (US). Fit is the same as Fred Perry Made in China. It does what it says. Keeps you cool while having thicker fabric than most. It still looks new after numerous washing and drying. Though the fabric is rougher than most. But hey, it's only $15.
