Do you mean vs. the U last? I'm not sure what reference you're using as comparison here.

If vs the U last, I would say that you're right on the money : I take a 44.5 in U and a 44 in F

There's a picture of one of the wispy cashmere scarves in unbelragazzo's write-up (linked above) - this grey gingham one :

Hi D - thanks for the kind words.

While we are an online operation and there isn't a walk-in store or showroom, I will do my best to accommodate appointments for those in the area who wants to come to the office and look at the products or try something on. You should stop by when we're ready!

First order of business is to get the site up and running, but after that we do plan to organize trunk shows for some of our makers. Several have indicated an interest to do so.

Great and look forward to hearing more details!

I have the grey version that you see to the right of the checked one. A really great scarf, especially for travel. It's lightweight so it packs easily, or alternatively can be easily stored away once you get on your plane or train or whatever. But it's still quite warm. I wore it around Italy in January without being the least bit cold. They told me the astronomical amount of cashmere that goes into making it, but I forget the specific number.

The grey checked looks nice, but I feel it's a bit keffiyeh-ish. The other blue/brown check is fantastic.
