anyone on here who has used it regularly? The reviews online are great but I'm a little concerned that the it provides much more than the daily recommended dosage of minerals/vintamins - not just twice but in certain cases 10x. I just moved from starting strength to 5/3/1. I'd say my workout is moderate intensity so I'm not sure if I need such dosage. Anyone have experience with the brand? Any concerns on the dosage, etc? Any other recommendations?

I'm hoping to add a multi-V and minerals to my supplement routine. thanks as always.

Pro: statistically better than most (maybe all) multi vitamins.

Cons: more expensive, 11 pills

The serving size listed is for 2 packets/day. You really only need to take one. That's still expensive for 5.5 weeks of multi v's.

If you don't think you're hitting your micros and taking in decent stomac flora, I recommend this + fix the original problem.

Thanks. I still find the vitamin content really high - might start with new chapter and then see how I feel. Thanks again.

Animal pak is the ****. Now, YES the vitamin content is high, however that in itself is not that big a deal. Since there i a mix of different synergistic vitamins, there will be some that you probably don't need such a high level of, (vitamin C) but there will be others where the amount contained will bring you right to wear you should be. (Keeping in mind that workout out hard and taking some of the additional supps you might be taking can increase your needs above regular FDA levels as well)

Anyways, the vitamins that you do end up with an excess of are no big deal, because it only the water soluble vitamins that Apak really does this with.

Fat soluble vitamin - retained in ***** tissue, can easily build up in the body to excess

Water soluble - get flushed through your system regularly and don't stay in the system long enough to build to excess

You know how you take some multis and it turns your pee that bright nuclear yellow color? That's the excess being flushed out. Thats it. Nuclear pee is your only drawback. (unless you are juvenile like me and find it midly amusing)

On a downside, DAMN why does everything animal markets involve a double handful of horse pills. :(
