From the Carmina site:
This one is E.
This one is EEE.
Everything else is EE.
Go figure. Maybe it's the last in conjunction with the type of shoe that determines the width?
I wouldn't say everything else is EE, but there is certainly some variablity in the widths listed. I've contacted Carmina three times about buying their plain toe derby of the Forest last (Model 925) because it's listed as EE width but they've never responded. I didn't ask any bizarre questions and I was right to the point i.e., I'd like to buy Model 925 Forest Last, size 9.5, can you please let me know how to pay, etc. Is there a trick to getting a response?
You may have gone to the spam filter, try emailing again.
Does Carmina's e-store take credit card? I'm placing an order through Betty and she wants a paypal payment, which is probably more expensive for both sides of the transaction.

it does, but since you are doing a custom order there is no way for her to set up a custom transaction for you via e-store
Having same issue. Betty is responsive and then all of a sudden no response. I am ready to make payment. Wth.
Some Carmina Appreciation.

I'm actually ordering something already in stock and is on the e-store, but the e-store doesn't work for me.
edit: I think I've figured out the problem. If you add the male shoe trees to the cart, "PERNI-0001", you can no longer view the cart. Can anyone else verify this?
