I would appreciate a recomednation re lasts.

I am a 10D Alden barrie last. It is a wonderful fit, if not a little tight across the vamp at the end of the day.

I have a medium width forefoot and a narrow heel. I also have quite a high instep.

Appreciate the assistance.

Yeppers - GREEN Horween shell.

They have our name all over them. I love green shoes. Haven't seen your green Trameza's in a LONG time. Are they still in your stable?

Could you say more about why you don't care for shell wholecuts? I notice that it's a makeup that Carmina offers in their online store in almost every color. More than any other makeup. This struck me as odd because I would assume a shell wholecut would turn into a blobby mess with a little time. I'm wondering if you have the same concern.

I am ON that case, sir. Thanks for costing me a grand showing those to me!

Correct - I am not a fan of whole cuts in general, don't like the look of them. I prefer a busier shoe, so if I am considering a WC, its gonna be those GG stingray Coopers. :)

Particularly against shell, correct - the point (to me) of a whole cut is to have clean lines, a seamless look. Shell will roll and be discordant to that idea, which would piss me off every time I looked down.

edit: they don't even have my size currently in stock. :fonz:
