Would it surprise you if i said that i'm not sure? As I have two quite similar pair of pants. These could be either a really cheap brand called Riley, or they might be a pair of RL pants.

The tie is Rose & Born, a Swedish brand. The SC is made by a finnish tailor called Kruunu.

Well, I had a feeling that they might not be in everyone's favour. I do like them though. They're very informal of course, but lovely to walk in. Personally I think the overall attire is casual enough to not clash totally with the shoes.

Ah, I've seen those IRL a few months ago. They looked great; not in my size though (a pity, because I saw them at a Zegna outlet store). Very comfortable shoe, I imagine. Nice and nonchalant vibe, btw (the whole outfit).

I didn't want to start a new thread and technically, when I took the pics,it WAS WIWWRN so... Would I be too much of a label whore if I bought these jeans?

Obviously, the Rubinacci tie and non-slim fit dress shirt were not the best choices for these pants. And brown is for...well, you know.

Maybe I should wait for the next markdown. I'm approaching my ideal weight with about 10 lbs to go. Timing is everything?

Based on the remark quoted below, I'm going with the label whore question for a hundred, Alex.

This isn't working for me. The tie's not right at all.

to mass quantities of wine. The blackwatch cummerbund is an interesting choice. This is your best seersucker look yet. I like the more somber shoes with the GTH suit.

Yes, this works well. Looks great as a SC. I enjoy this tame, yet still Spooriffic fit.

I would like this more either 1) without the sweater; or 2) without the coat.

Yes. I am also not a fan of that tie, but that's another matter altogether. The crease is spectacular - do you own a press?

Awesome. Out of curiosity, two questions. 1) How tall are you; 2) what size coat do you wear?

Divots are movement-related, I promise. The turtled shirt sleeve results from armhole mismatch between the coat (high) and shirt (relatively low). This BB Regent cut also has some narrow sleeves!
This coat looks to not fit you well. Too snug around the buttoning point, wrinkling in crotch, relatively closed quarters. Perhaps alterations can correct these outstanding issues?

Wow. The buttoning point on that is several inches too high; is it becoming a 3/2?

Looks quite good, except shoes are too casual for the rest. Even penny loafers would have worked, just one degree more formal.

When I start making bank, you can be sure that will happen. Until then, classic blobby american lasts.

This is fun. Two nitpicks - 1) lose the socks (at least with this outfit, while wearing loafers); 2) lengthen the trou by an inch.

Thanks for the feedback, Lufty. I think whatever pulling you're seeing at the button is because my arm was in motion when the timer went off (I set up the camera quite far away and used the zoom to eliminate as much distortion of proportion as possible). I can actually get my fist between my chest and the coat at the button. I agree that the quarters are relatively closed, but they're wide open compared to some of my other suits! Not sure about the crotch wrinkling, maybe the wrinkles from the last wearing didn't fall out and they could use a press.
