I expect all of you to give me feedback like this on a daily basis.

Bill, email coming soon...[/quote]

Dear Spoopoker,
Reading Bill's observations with great interest but his discourse offers diagnoses and only hints at a direction or solutions.
The feed back you request can only be subjective of what others think is right for you and you have had a bounty of that over the time you have posted here. This is the internet and familiarity does not translate to genuine knowing and understanding and that is necessary to assist you.
The feed back you request is a benefit to a working relationship with an authentic custom tailor. You not only get real time objective feedback but the opportunity to achieve your objectives.
Your "instant gratification" comment is the weakest of excuses not to use a custom tailor. Contentment is far more satisfying then any temporary moment of gratification. I make clothes for men whose schedules would make you think you work part time. Working with a tailor actually saves them time, time they don't have to spare. I recall these were your two reasons for not having clothes made.

This is all meant in the most sincere way to help you. You really love dressing and want to find what is best for you but It seems like you are playing the shell game. Pick one of the three cups to see if the right fit and silhouette is under one of them.
This may not be the feedback you expected but there, you have it to consider.

I can see that you made two new friends:
Shoes and bag are very similar in (a vivid) color, I think they call too much attention toward your lower body. Why don't you try with a bit darker shoes and compare looks? Or you can go for a darker bag instead.

Not anyone particularly, it's more of an attitude. You betray some of it but you, nonetheless, do make an effort to respond to criticism so you're certainly not the worst offender, by any means. In fact, a lot of people seem to get more worked up on your behalf than you do yourself.

lot of bemoaning how people respond to criticism in these parts. in my case, i've posted admittedly subpar (understatement) pictures several times, and have had about 1 actual piece of feedback.

as michael vick would say, i'm not complainin' i'm just sayin'.

Last night.

Collage: "Hi Nii ..."

Your choice of wearing cuff links with *any* dress shirt is a rather eccentric one, but, if you feel like putting in the effort to put them on every morning, more power to you. I really like the matching of the jacket versus shirt color in this picture. I wish I could pull of that shade of beige without looking washed out. I don't like the shoes with that outfit. I feel like they're too dark of a brown to go well with the jacket and jeans.

I will begin by saying this is a great outfit, and a lovely suit that fits you more or less perfectly as far as I can tell.

I think the collar is too informal for the suit, however, and think the watch is somewhat obtrusive. It also kind of looks like your tie needs pressing. Nevertheless, two thumbs up. :thumbs-up:

As I have stated a lot of times before I am a noob, so this isn't meant as an offense or joke, I just want to learn.
Aren't the leg openings of IST's trousers very/too narrow?

his trousers are certainly cut slim, but not offensively so, at least to me. he's a slim guy.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, gents, my Dad passed away yesterday after having a rough time in the hospital last week. Been driving back-n-forth across the State to handle things and help Mom out. Funeral is Saturday -will be wearing basic - - Black!

My condolences, Tom, to you and your family.
