. I bought a NC Duffle on sale and am able to return it for a full refund. Just thought I'd put it out there in case someone was looking for it at a great price. Info in the sig.

Why are you returning it? Quality? Fit? What did you do for sizing?

I bought the ecru one of the rollneck in a 50 which is tts for me and it was enormous on, neck was huge, arms baggy and long and body a few inches longer than ideal. Promptly returned.

It's itchy because it's pure new wool which is unprocessed so it feels coarse to the touch too.

^I would return it, but I would loose at least 70 USD (shipping to UK + custom fees). The joys of online shopping.

Same problem here, ordered a size 50 shetland knit. Just slightly too long. But will maybe keep it anyway as I think it's late to get refund.

If anybody wants a shetland patch knit in size 50 I'm selling mine, let me know quick or I try ebay. Fits a large.

It really is an awesome piece. Very overshadowed by the rest of the strong outerwear offering. Plus, the only stateside shop that had it (OC) did the most terrible styling job with it, which partly explains why it went under the radar. If you look around, there are many jp sites that have banging fit pictures. Only reason why I am selling is bc I bought both the 50 and 52 since I was able to get a refund. Could not make my mind since ideally, I'd be a 51. Keeping the 50 in the end.

Qualitywise it's NC at its best, no doubt. Fit is really good too but the armholes are just a bit tight, but just at the opening really, not throughout the arm. If you look at the pictures from the link, you will see that one duffle is def tighter than the other one. It was the same for me between a 50 and 52.

The Shetland Fisherman's sweater arrived from Eleven today (excellent service btw). The 52 fits me pretty well - a tad longer in the body than I'd hoped, but that's probably more my torso. Quality seems good (though to be honest no better than other Scottish knitwear I've bought). A keeper at the sale price.

So is the fit on the submarine sweater similar to other NC knits, like the shetland knit I made the mistake to order in sz 50? Does 48 equal a medium?
