Brett Viberg replied to my inquiry about the roughout natural cxl service boots:

"Right now you guys would have to order direct. If you want to email me [email protected] we can talk further regarding this

Thanks"

I'll mail Brett for further information, and also start a post over on the Viberg thread, since this isn't really Rancourt related. If you're interested in the boots, please see Viberg thread.

Had on my #8 beefrolls this morning (cross post from Epaulet thread), and then ran some errands in my green ranger mocs this afternoon.

Thanks for sharing the pics. Rust trousers and green ranger mocs in the second photo looks very sharp!

^That sounds like a good time. All that's missing in the announcement is mention of beer. Just an oversight, I'm sure. Too bad I'm 900 miles away.

Hey guys. I'm going to do a small family photoshoot in the upcoming weeks.

My Rancourt Ranger Mocs (in brown chromexcel) are probably the nicest pair of footwear I own, and I was wondering what your opinions were if I were to pair them with grey wool trousers and probably a blue or white OCBD.

Too casual? Should I just stick to chinos?

Haha, I figured beer was implied; I fliered the town with these and I figured I'd keep the weirdos out by making it sound like we were just going to play with leather for 3 hours. I actually managed to pick up a brew from Lewiston - the same town Rancourt's factories are in a bit north of here. If you guys can get your hands on a sixer of Baxter autumn, I'd wholly recommend it.

heres some photo recap!

I emailed rancourt customer service about a week ago and have so far received no response. Is this typical? Also, what is the consensus on the sizing chart on the website? Is it accurate?

I called them directly. I had to make a number of calls before they answered, but I was able to get thru after about 20 minutes.

I never did get a response from my email either.

Sometimes they take a long time to respond, but they have almost always gotten back to me.

I have never used the sizing chart, but seen 2 people in this thread use it with bad results. I have only bought one pair so far and went TTS and it was perfect. I have seen many others in the thread have good results going TTS.

Do the eyelets on that cap toe above look smaller than the eyelets on the blake?

I also found that my ranger mocs fit exactly true to size, to the extent that the concept of "true to size" means anything with lasted shoes.

It's typical and pathetic. They shouldn't have an online store.
