Love the sweater bobo, and nice touch with the socks. All together a good color combination with the green pants and the Birks, but I would have gone for something other than the brown scarf. It's a little too dead on with with shoes. I like it when no two items match in color, but instead compliment each other. Maybe if it was brown with stripes or plaid.

Kallun, like the lining on that jacket!

Karissa, nice stripes.

Thanks Timpo! I agree with the scarf, it really was a boring and lazy choice, and i actually have other that would be more interesting and complimentary! The sweater is LL Bean btw, made in ireland wool.. super heavy.

I switched the Vans to my APCxNike Court Traditions. Wasn't really feeling the slip-ons...

Funny, I swore those were too baggy to be 005s, they almost look bootcut.

They looked too baggy to be 005s to me, too, but in the larger sizes, the true straightleg of the 005s tends to blouse and appear sort of bootcut when there's a lot of stacking. Personally, I'd just hem them a little bit shorter and most of the problem (assuming apocalypse thinks it's a problem) would be taken care of.

I think I'm actually going to get them tapered. I've never gone batshit over selvage so I don't really care if it gets messed up or anything.

If they taper along the outseam (which is easiest), the selvage will get extra wide. Did it with my RRDS. It looks pretty cool, actually.

Yeah, my xx-005 looks like that too - not tapering enough below the knee and almost looks a bit bootcut-y. Size 36, one wash. Haven't had a pair of jeans hemmed before but these are too long so I'm gonna have to, maybe I should try to get some tapering as well.
