Cobblers in Northern Virginia?

I've done a really good job of wearing my soles and heels down on a pair of AEs I wear often and I expect I'll need to re-sole and re-heel within 4-7 months of wear. Obviously, the AE factory re-craft or sending my shoes to B. Nelson are viable options where I can have confidence in quality work. However, because I am cheap I am wondering if local cobblers might cost less (than $90-99)

Does anybody have experience with local cobblers in the DC Metro area, preferably in VA? I googled a few cobblers but I've only used the first one for super minor work (they are a big chain and I'm not sure I'd want to send good shoes to them). Any experiences with the cobbles below or others in the area for full re-sole/re-heeling?
