All streaming media is blocked on my work computer, but I'm assuming this is the video of the dude skiing down the face of Jaws?

If so, then this is not really like water skiing so much. Rednecks and old people waterski.

Surfing on that wave is a huge accomplishment, but doing something like that is ******* insane.

I vote for this being waterskiiing. You know, mostly because he is on water skis, and on water and all. Waterskiing on waves...

I spent all day, every day all summer long waterskiing as a kid.
This is not waterskiing.

Let's see... He starts off getting towed behind a boat. Check.
The skis appear to be too wide for snow skis. Look like waterskis. Check.
He is on water. Check.

Yeah, must be snow skiing on a wave! So ******* EXTREME.

You ever waterski?
I guess that's probably too plebeian for a big-timer like you.

Yes.

I don't care what it's called or exactly what he's doing...anyone who gets out there on Jaws and comes out standing is doing something pretty cool. Those waves are stunning.
