Weird, they're usually pretty good about replying within a day.

Shipping within North America is free for orders over $125 before tax. For anything less, they ship via FedEx ground and charge the actual rate.

dont know, but they always take a while to answer...sometimes i dont get a response.

that explains it then. I put together and manage a new site for them...and they've put some in-store resources against their online service. It's better, trust me.
