We admit that there is no credible scientific evidence that supports our claims and therefore we engaged in misleading conduct All of a sudden I can't lift that milk jug anymore.

I question the intelligence of anyone (barring young children) who actually purchased those things in the first place. What a waste of time, money, and resources.

Yes - the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC - a statutory Aust govt authority) made Power Balance provide a public statement and to offer a refund to anyone who had purchased a band on the basis of the false advertising.
