We have 100's of satisfied repeat customers worldwide, we are well versed in 'remote' fitting we use only the finest cloths and our results are guaranteed.
What we do not offer is instant gratification , we are a small (and proud of it) company. We do not rush orders through despite being offered incentives, we do our best on time estimates and if we promise for a special date such as a wedding we deliver. I've said it a 100 times before, making in England with skilled craft people is not the easiest option, if you can't understand that we respectfully suggest to seek an alternative.
However busy we are each piece gets the same attention, no shortcuts. Once you order from us we do all we can to look after you before and after sales. We also have visitors from the world over to our premises in Herefordshire for personal fittings for which we make a nominal charge.
Any maker will have the odd unhappy customer as this poor chap might be.
Some want and expect pure bespoke for MTM prices, we do not offer or even pretend to offer that service and our prices are extremely keen for the quality we offer.
