I played soccer throughout HS and into college, amongst other sports. While my thighs may not be the exact same size as during my playing years, I assure you they're still relatively the same size.

Even in the slimmest cuts, my Mabitex pants aren't painted on. They may not be as full as some of the high rise, pleated, grandpa pants that some members prefer, but the still offer me the comfort I'd like.

Calling these 'hipster' wear would be misleading as I wear this around the firm without nary a eyebrow being lifted and have received many compliments and inquiries from my fellow associates.

based on this thread, the pants are made for those with no ass and no nuts.

I have a huge ass...my wife calls me R-Lo. I also have big thighs...I play hockey.

I love Mabi's. I just have to be sure to pay attn to front rise when buying online, and I always try them on when i buy them at Daffy's.

I bought about 10 pair (4 from lufty and 6 from Daffy's) all for around $300. Only one are what my wife calls Appreciation pants. Even those I've worn, and with an untucked shirt, you wouldn't know them as anything other than nice slim pants.

They are great on SF because they are Italian and can be had at a steep discount.

A leg opening of 7.75'' for any waist is just wrong.

This is not a good aesthetic. Looks like the skinny jeans that the streetwear crowd wear.

Allen-Edmonds are essentially free, yet they are oft maligned by some.

7.5" leg opening. Looks rather good to me. Although granted, this won't work with those who are overweight. But if you're in shape, I think the cuts are quite flattering.

In shape? Think about how skinny his legs must be to have pants cut that slim actually drape a little. I really like how the modern novelty-sized men posting in this thread immediately assume that everyone who doesn't like something cut too slim = a *****.

Yes. Anything under 8.25 is too slim, actually.

I dont think a trouser or jacket is supposed to fit that way (attached pic in ranker's post). But then, I am admittedly on the wrong side of the old man / GQ style debate.

I am an actual 34.5" waist and if wearing trousers with a rise of 11" inches, a thigh of 13" and a LO of 8.5" makes me an old man, so be it. I prefer my trousers to fall instead of sticking to my legs like leggings.
