Hard to tell when you tuck them, looks bad. Don't tuck your shirt to show off your belt buckle either, takes mega steeze to pull that off, just looks like you took a piss and your shirt got caught when you did your pants up.

so i suppose that if i commanded your silly ass 2 stfu, you'd probably pee yr pants and cry about bad net grammar(which are in reality just abbreviations outta convenience). it's not like we all haven't witnessed some random worm trying to cry foul about internet speech, basically because he hasn't much else to say. oh and please show me an example of a styling fit with yr shirt, jeans, and boots. plenty of ways that formula can be easily fucked up, and that's one thing u seem good at. humor me with your sunday best! another exercise in mediocrity probably won't dazzle me, but go ahead.

No probs, I haven't posted a fit in ages since I dropped my camera and my mum took hers to the country when she ditched me (ok, decided to leave inconveniently), but I will when I can and I'll remember this post.

haha thanks for the heads up, it does look unnatural.

Does the belt look alright? It's a country road that i've had for ages and it's a tad short. Been thinkin about getting a tanner goods or samurai belt for weeks.

Don't do a split with squat and chest on the same day unless you're doing starting strength. And don't do cardio on lifting days.

Only because this is the wrong thread will I not elaborate on why this is poor advice

if people can **** up this thread with bullshit about washing your hair with only hot water you can surely refute my poor advice.

My argument is, based on the amount of muscle the kid has, he probably would do better with a 3-day A/B/A upper body/lower body split.

Wait, was this supposed to be English? That's too painful to even think about editing. I never said my fits were anything but mediocre, but how is mediocre "goofy" when you wear that trash? Srendam, clean your mirror

Why would a routine with squats and bench in the same day be bad if it wasn't the 'Starting Strength' routine?

Maybe I should have been more specific. Not so much poor advice as too-much-too-soon advice. Judging by the kid's picture (no offense, guy) he would probably see decent gains no matter what he did in the gym. I'm a firm believer that unless you have a considerable amount of training under you belt, the best thing to do is focus on the basics. As in proper nutrition and compound lifts performed properly. (assuming putting on clean mass is what he's after) At his stage in development, his program won't matter nearly as much as the effort he puts into it

kit i usually like you but criticizing someone for not using capitals on a message board and then going through their post and editing it doesn't make a real point and makes you look like a douche
