indeed, they are. i received a pair of vintage Lobb St. James today. on par if not a step behind "ours"...

I can't remember where I found this shop, but they claimed to do bespoke. Are you familiar with it fritzl?

beside the big names like Scheer, Materna, Balint, Maftei, Kudweis, Petkov... there is a rather high number of workshops who do bespoke/custom made or made to measure. quality might vary but am sure there are a few hidden gems. no idea about this particular shop. the vintage glas display is not a bad sign either.

...view from the Gloriette is nice. have you been to Belvedere?
