Although I was concerned from what I had read, I decided to contact them anyway (wanted lined in red oxblood).
More than a week since I sent them an email, and no word. Seems to confirm the downward spiral of their customer service. I don't think I would buy from them any more, even if I do eventually hear back.
Can't understand how any business can operate this way.

That is odd that nobody got back to you.
I sent an email the other week and got a quick response.
On another note i received my blue suede bluchers from Winn Perry and absolutely love them. I went TTS and they fit perfect.

Still no reply, I even checked my spam folder. Kind of surpised they didn't even get back to me. Just sent them an email out of spite telling them to save their efforts. What a bunch of idiots they have working there.
Can't justify spending that kind of money on boat shoes if you can't deal with the company for returns/repairs/servicing. If they won't even contact me to sell me a pair initially, I certainly am not going to hold my breath that they'll ever be cooperative on a service/repair.
