Just order from O'Connells. I think they charge $5 to ship and they have a pretty big stock.

I'm trying to decide on a pair of the Maliseet Oxfords, but can't decide which color would work best with jeans.

Can anyone who owns a pair or has seen them in person give me their opinion?

8D 100%. I am the EXACT same as you. I went with an 8D brown chromexcel boat shoe and its perfect.

Peanut or Brown Chromexcel would probably work best with jeans. Navy may blend in too much with the jeans. Black could technically work as well, but I wear my black canoe mocs with shorts, white pants, etc more often

Thanks for the help. I'm having a hard time getting an accurate idea of the colors, particularly for the peanut:

Here's what they look like on tresbien:

And here's what they look like on winn perry (much less attractive IMO):

The brown chromexcel looks really nice with the lighter sole, but a little less unique:

i have a pair of black/camp sole and they work great with everything, currently wearing NdG gray and samurai black knight jeans. works especially well with t's...

although the cross-stitched pair above in that lighter sole look amazing...

i dont think so, especially if you get a lined pair. my boat shoes are unlined and i have a pair of lined maliseet that are both the same size and fit perfectly. u want them to be just a tad tight because they stretch out to your foot. not so tight you cant get them on, just slightly snug. you will be able to tell right away...
