Sizing is about 1/2 size larger than most Japanese labels that are similiar. I am 6' and 162 lbs and can comfortably wear a size medium. I am usually a large or size 3 in other Japanese labels.

All of the Sunny Sports Button Downs we carry are made in Japan and I believe Okayama. They offer sizes from Small through XXL. Since this was our first season and we did not know the sizing, we only ordered through size large. If there is demand for XL and XXL, please let us know. We have already sold a number of these shirts and I have asked about restocking. I may be able to get XL and XXL this season.

Without one in front of me, I can only guess. Base on the measurements that we have on the shirts, XL should measure about 44.5" chest and 18" shoulder and XXL should measure about 46" chest and 18.5" shoulder.

I tried on a lot of the stuff at the showroom, and it fits fairly slim, definitely a lot slimmer than Engineered Garments.

It is a beautiful deep indigo (looks better in person) and the fabric is extremely soft and thick enough for year round wear.

From my experience, the fit is slightly slimmer than EG. Sunny Sports button down sizing is consistent item to item and season to season. Typically they are narrow in the shoulder, high arm holes, slim in the arms (but this depends on fabric), and a mininimal taper towards the waist line. I will be taking some coordination shots over this coming weekend and I will post a few fit shots on some of the button downs.

Here are a couple fit pics of Sunny Sports 40's work shirts. Model is 6' and 160 lbs and wearing size medium of each. Model could technically size down to small for a slimmer fit, but would be tight in the shoulders. Sizing is consistent between all of the button downs.
