$5 for each day the room is actually cleaned, but generally if I'm staying multiple days I request that the cleaning personnel not come in on a daily basis.

Depends on how long I'm staying, the type of hotel and what kind of toiletries they have. If they have good stuff that I like, I'll throw in an extra $10 with a note to leave a few extra
