I have the LP Boot Oil, which I think is now just called the leather oil. It will give good water repellency, but you might prefer the watershield for the leather bottom. I've not used the watershield, though.

Bryce, I have the harness free version of those boots, I wear them all time, I think you'll love 'em...

^very nice. I for one like F+B - at least the only pair I own, and yours look good too. Also curious as to how you'd rock those velvet DvN pants, posted a fit with those yet? If not, you should.
