I'm typically a 42 sometimes a 41. I'm honestly floored to see my size in the lead right now, it seems all I see are people talking about being smaller than a 40

You can't change your 5'3", I'm 5'5" so not that much better than you. But you gotta work on your chest to at least get a 34 man..

I'm usually a 42L in HF and BB, but in the Italian cuts like Brioni and Kiton I think the 44L fit better, even though the salesman said the 42L was perfect.

Anyone else different sizes depending on the brand?

American brands like BB or RL always a bit bigger for me (36 feels like 37) while Italian brands fit perfectly

Yeah I'm doing that, but since OTR will still be too long it won't really change that I have to get everything MTM...
