I'd own a karaoke bar in Tokyo. "Gaijin-sing". Or "Amerikaraoke".

I'd love to know who voted Marseille and if that person has ever been there
Montreal. Multi-lingual, Multi-cultural, great style, great food, beautiful women. I did it once, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Ive always had a thing for New York
It's interesting that people interested in classic style and the aesthetic side of life in general would even consider living in East Asia. There is not a single major city in East Asia that comes anywhere near matching the beauty of any random city in Europe.
While Europe definitely has charm and beauiful classical architecture- there is something I find very appealing in "ugly" cities like Tokyo. Where people see architectural discord and the evils of overcrowding - I see the ultimate result of function dictating form and the brutal chaos of population density, the brilliance of urban planning, and modern convenience at hand that very few if any cities in Europe can match. I'm not saying that Rome or Paris wouldn't be very beautiful to live in - but they are a different type of beauty.
you just did what numerous books, magazines, and movies couldn't - peaked my interest in going to tokyo. so thanks
I chose 'other' because I don't see my self living comfortably in any of the mentioned locales.
