Just picked up a Barbour waxed cotton parka

The fit and finish are awesome. It's mod as hell. Not all that warm, but great for the next 6-8 weeks of NYC weather. I got it for 50% off at Fishing the Cape. They've got a few other styles marked down there as well if you're in the market for a Barbour coat.

GS, where/who did your tattoo? I dig the traditional North American tattoos with a modern twist and I'm always on the lookout for new artists.

my friend Sean O'Neil...he works out of Classic Tattoo in Fullerton (Eric Maaske's shop RIP)

his work is really clean and he does great newskool style...he did my other "slope on a slant" tattoo on the other arm (this new one is the matching piece to that one)

Found his work on myspace, your new tattoo as well. He does some amazing black & gray work. EDIT: TheKunk, check out Eli Quinters. Here's his website: http://www.tattoosfortheunloved.com/ I can't think of any more off the top of my head. Keep in mind that most good artists in NYC may have a long wait list.

IMHO I think it could be *construed* as a bit too race based but that is my personal opinion and I am a little biased as I prefer gray scale tattoos.

No offense meant.

I hope 2% of every APC purchase goes to buying a sandwich for that model, and pays for his dialysis.

I'm pretty much done, minus small accessory purchases. This is an awesome feeling! ...Now on to tailoring some stuff eventually.
