I've a casual blazer with an embroidery of Lord of the Flies on the back.

These links would look gorgeous with the jacket.

Yeah, yeah. It's a casual jacket - but I rather like it.

Don't worry, Carl. I have found 95% or more of the things that you have posted to be hideous, chav-footballer in the worst possible way. So, while I can't say that I think your money has been well spent, at least it won't have to go up in smoke.

Sorry, I find these combinations rather safe, predictable, unimaginative or incongruent. What I would expect walking past the windows of a mens store at the mall. Are these items you own?

I like items that "work together" but don't necessarily "go together". Combinations need an element of "surprise" and "unexpected" to have visual impact or to show originality. IMHO

I do own them and I think you're right on the money. many of these photos are amongst a large number of combination photographed for my initial essays on English style. Many English combination are "paint by numbers" Youre lucky if you live near malls that carry ties that clean and simple here, most mall shops seem to traffic in much more intricate patterns.

A lot of people here need to be weened onto that slowly. I might start setting some examples of that in the future. Although my time is limited for new photos.
