I'm a short dude though, 5'7 lol so it's especially hard buying any t-shirts that aren't fitted since they always seem to stretch too long for my taste.

Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the Clae Miles as shown below? I like the design, but I know there has so be something similar for less than $120 and with less branding.

Tshirts don't really stretch length wise unless you do it yourself. If anything, they shrink if you wash and put them through the dryer. AA shirts shrink a lot and sometimes lose shape when doing that so i just hang dry em'.

Definately size down to the 38 and you won't be disappointed. These things run large.

My Clarks DBs just arrived in the mail, but after I tried them on, I noticed they leave just shy of 1" of space in front of my toes. This, sadly, is too much. The boots in question are size 11.5, so should I size down to an 11 or a 10.5? I want my toes almost to touch the leather, but not enough that it becomes uncomfortable.

You need to size down at least 1/2 with Clarks Desert Boots. I tried mine on store and they fit much better than what you have described. I've got maybe 1/4" of space and they really feel like a great fit.

I need a pair of shoes that will look great when dressing up jeans but are still versatile enough to wear with suit/whatever. what would you guys suggest? I'm looking for examples, then I'll go shop for a similar pair.

yeah, I should have added that I normally wear a 12 in Adidas. How much did you size down to get your fit?

you should probably buy jeans with a longer back rise to compensate for your rear. i don't have much of a butt so when i buy jeans with at least 14.5 inches for a back rise, the jeans give me a bubble butt and kinda stick out in a weird manner.

sugar cane has a pretty long back rise. about 15+ for my size (30w) so maybe you should look into that

What size should I get in Clarks Desert Trek/Desert Boot/Wallabee? I wear a US 6E in dress shoes (Florsheim) and 6.5 in my Chucks.
