This hat isn't made out of any kind of animal. I saw a girl at the Mexican restaurant just yesterday wearing one that was panda bear colored. Those long things on the side go down and have little pockets at the end to put your hands in. Given that this Mexican restaurant is in the ghetto, I'd try Wal*Mart or similar.
