He can't do anything because state law requires that the landlord give permission to work on the heater. I can't get in touch with my ******* landlord.

Thanks. Driving in an unfamiliar area last night, crossed a city line; first city had salted the roads, second hadn't. City line was on an uphill stretch of road at a sharp unmarked turn. Guy that lived nearby said it happens every time it snows, but that most folks take out his mailbox. I made it past the mailbox and was nearly able to pull out of it, so I suppose I can take that as a positive. Still pretty pissed at myself.

Wouldn't have had any damage except for the 4" solid wood fence post (formerly) planted 2' into frozen ground that got in my way.

Thanks fellas. If I was going to get into an accident, would have preferred to do enough damage to total it. Ah well, at least I'm uninjured and no one else was involved.

Pio, hope if you get that first door ding it's a smaller one than mine! What's the new whip?
