Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

I assume you have problem with the pants. Are you recommending jeans or wool pants instead?

I would like to wear this jacket to work now and then, so it can't be a "just with jeans" jacket.

The pants have a traditional break on them, which is screwing up the look. I have some pants with less of a break that would look cleaner and go better.

EDIT: And the pants are cheap garbage, which does not help.

Looking for white sneakers, don't want chucks, these are on sale at revolve. y/n? Anyone have experience with the quality and sizing of Generic man?

That looks very nice, funny I was thinking jil sander before I saw the label. Definitely would work better with some nice sleek modern trousers and shoes (have a look at how they wear it on the runway, not that you should wear it the same way but it gives you an idea of what would work).

I like the gray. If it came with a square belt head (not sure what that's called) I'd buy one.
