Hey everyone, I'm looking to purchase my first serious pair of dress boots and Yanko's 960 last caught my attention as far as quality and price went. My feet width circumference (quite high instep), measured at the ball of my foot, is 27 cm and the length measured diagonally from the first toe to the heel is 28.5 cm. Now, the only other brand I own is a pair of Velasca loafers in 44EU, they fit well in length, but very slightly tight in width, so I don't know how to compare the fit.

Which size would you recommend?

Thanks!

Im not exactly sure how you measured the length, but if you measured like the following picture and got length 28.5 i would advice you to Go down 0,5 from Valesca to 9,5 in Yanko (EU43,5).

@Betelgeuse is correct: Sizeadvisors has not many ratings for Yanko shoes yet. Those that it does have are on the 915 last. And some are made for the EU system which complicates things.

Anyway, be aware that there are different approaches to foot measurement: Sizeadvisors doesn't use a diagonal system, so you two probably don't have the same foot length.

Thanks for the replies, measuring like the picture still yields 28.5, wouldn't a 9.5 equate to tightness across the arch due to my 27cm girth?

Its very hard to say, personally my feet is slightly above 27 cm in circumference, and 915 in size 9,5 is a perfect fit. The last 960 is 8 mm roomier in width and also a bit longer, its also more generous in the toe box since the shape of 960 is more round compared to the 915.

Did the prices increase? I remember it was about $239 US now it's $299?

If you're talking about skolyx, and if you're in the US, I think the prices haven't changed but that you're seeing the price with vat included. Double check that your country is set to USA so that vat is deducted.

My apologies. The prices are still the same. You just have to select the country during checkout. You're right about the VAT. Thanks.

Anyone have experience with the hand-painted shoes from Skolyx? Does it ever come out looking way off from the photo? And how's caring for them, I'm assuming you just use clear/neutral creams and polishes? Thanks.

Length of the last is 305,46 cm, circumference around widest part of front part of feet is 247,5 cm. Please note this is the measurements of the last the shoe is built upon. If you need any other measures just let us know.

I am looking for a pair of suede tassels in 955 last.
Any sizing recommendation?
Here is my size:
Size 7 Carmina loafer in uetam last
Size 7 Meermin loafer in Ron last
Size 7.5 Meermin double monk in Hiro last
Size 7.5 Crockett & Jones split toe in 341 last

As I saw some comments that I should go half size down in Yanko, I am quite confused, hope that I can get answer here!
