The gym is my "keep it real" time for old-time hardcore t-shirts from my youth. Sick of it All, Life of Agony, Judge, and Ignite all get paired up with Adidas shorts and Jack Purcells.

Most of the time, that's what I'm listening to at the gym. Along with Turbonegro and Stevie Nicks.

Your gym bag will be easy to pack if you build a solid week's rotation of wrestling singlets. They don't get wet and heavy, never restrict movement, and look cool as hell. People at the gym will think you are a mixed martial arts champion. Guaranteed.

This is not me, but I wear this shirt to the gym pretty regularly.

I also like shorts with zippered pockets, for keeping my locker key and wedding band (when lifting).

My favorite shirt to wear to the gym is a Cheerleading shirt from my high school that I bought at a fundraiser. It's black and pink. I've gotten so many odd looks from dudes, but women seem to love it.

Truth. This is what I wear to the gym. Old T-shirts, half of them are cut into tanks so I can admire myself in the mirrors (band shirts, high school althetic shirts, old graphic T's), my school shorts (Uni, HS, **** I even wear one from middle school), and a pair of vans.

old cotton undershirts, track/basketball shorts, and mizuno running shoes

shoes are really the only thing worth spending money on for workout clothes, everything else doesn't matter

i've used all the fancy compression shorts, under armour shirts and all that jazz but in the end i prefer a t shirt, shorts and my shoes. for cold weather just use some old sweats

Quick question. I wanted to pick up a pair of running shoes. Any difference in the shoe I need to buy for indoor running vs outdoor running? Most of my running will be indoor but I'd like to be able to run outdoor when it's nice during the summer. Wasn't sure if it's cool to use the same shoe for both. I ask this because I have two different pairs of basketball shoes for outdoor vs indoor ball. Thanks.
