Looks like Zonkey Boot, the new project of Michael Rollig, the founder of Saint Crispin's. These are quite similar to a Saint Crispin's wholecut boot model which is entirely handsewn (including the uppers). Price point of Zonkey Boot is considerably lower though. http://www.zonkeyboot.com/

Get the C&J for BB Shell Cordovan Boots, they're not as sleek as the BB website makes them look to be, appropriate for street wear.

If you want chukka, check out Ron Rider's chukka

might be a bit too sleek, but the stiching make them less dressy in my opinion
