Windowpane suit, flat front pants... cuffs or no cuffs?

I've been told that, and you have a good point, but I really like the way windowpane looks regardless so I want to give it a shot. I'm still in the phase of wardrobe building that I'm figuring out what works for me and what doesn't. Anyway, I wouldn't be wearing this suit more than twice a month.

Personally, I would go by the size of the leg opening: < 9", consider cuffs. > 9", no cuffs. I don't think cuffs look good on fuller cut trousers.
