Why do my shirts crumple right below the collar?

See pic. I oftentimes get this problem with dress shirts that I wear. Regardless of ironing/pressing, I can’t get a nice flat shirt surface right below the collar. Is this indicative of a too-wide chest on the shirt? Something else? (Don’t mind the somewhat crumpled tie as well, that’s a function of me being seated. The shirts do this regardless of whatever else is going on :).)

Thanks!
