Yeah thought option 1 was a good idea for a new haircut

If wore option 1 i would get it cut often but not short short like the sides and back, it would grow real thick and somewhat curly...

1 looks best, but you might not be able to pull it off. Might want to look for a short alternative to 2.

What you like may not be what your hair likes. You should consult a hair stylist to see what's possible. As another poster mentioned, your curls are pretty hardcore. Not sure how malleable they can be.

If did option 1, if it isnt suited for me then could just get it cut again like the 2nd option

Your type might not work with Opt 1. I say go shorter.
