where to cop carpe diem boots?

Few people cop them at Barneys, so wait till the end of the season and go through the bargain bins. I've seen some amazingly high end stuff at the Barney's outlet for ridiculous prices (well, if $300 for a pair of boots is ridiculous)

You mentioned the refund for non-euro customers, how does it work? I was asked to pay nearly 80 eurs for the tax stuff, which seems pretty weird since I have never seen such things b4 when doing online shopping.
