Progressive House. I particularly appreciate the fast and hard beats when I'm doing cardio. I can't imagine sustaining the same amount of effort without similar music.

I can't believe the gym some times plays R&B. That **** is so slow, it doesn't belong in a gym.

I download Armin Van Burren's A State of Trance radio shows to my Muvo. It's 2 hours of well selected hard beats in one simple file. Easy Peesy.

Yes to Eye of the Tiger. I played out Disturbed too much and just completely deleted them off my computer haha. Also, the Rocky soundtrack, Shaft theme song, and other epic greats. I like to feel like a hero when I work out. Yah cool story. *On a serious note, I'm liking more electro/trance/house in my line-up. Kaskade, Deadmau5, Duck Sauce, A-Trak
