What are the integral shoes that everyone must have ?
In my opinion, i think is must be Chuck Taylor and Clark Desert boots, and some good quality moccasin or loafer

Why does everyone think clark's DBs are essential?
I like desert boots/chukkas but DBs are really crap.
My vote is for a decent pair of black or brown leather boots.

Clark DBs aren't that great, same with Chucks. Jack Purcells are a much better alternative to Chucks, and the prices aren't that different.

MMM are essential though, imo. Dunno how I lived without these comfortable bastards

Clarks are too narrow for me

Speaking of which, where can I get a wide chukka/desert boot for ~$100?
