What are some good places for MTM shirts?

Ideally I would like to get MTM shirts from Charvet, but it's too expensive for me right now. Brook Brothers was recommended by some people and it seems to be reasonably priced, but I want to look at other options. Are there any other shirt makers with a vast amount of choices for fabrics and make good quality shirts? My budget would be about $250-$300.

I currently live in Vancouver, Canada and as far as I know, Harry Rosen seems to be the best choice for me. I am willing to travel to Boston or NYC.
