Weekend bag

I'm looking for a weekend bag within a budget of 530 euros.

It seems that it's difficult to get good information on bags for sale on online shops. Even if you e-mail the brand it self it seems. So I'll try to ask in here.

I'm looking for:

• Brown full grain leather, cognac, tobacco or similar
• Quality zipper, preferably YKK as I know they're good
• Solid brass hardware
• Protection underneath the bag
• Not too squared...

Basically something of good quality that will last and age well.

I wrote them and the zipper is an OOK zip (?) it has polypropylene stoppers underneath.

Does anyone know the quality of Jekyll and Hide? The quality of OOK zippers?

A Danish brand, Lucleon. It's YKK zipper and the protection underneath is of metal instead of polypropylene stoppers. Not sure if it's full or top grain though.

Or does anyone have good links for online bag shops within the EU or names of quality makers?

Hey, check out Volition https://www.volitiongoods.com/, a young brand, amazing quality, they produce in Turkey. I discovered them during a pop-up in London very recently. They had an offer around the pop-up but maybe they'll extent it - worthwhile asking!

I ended up buying both of the ones I had found to decide upon arrival.

I chose the Jekyll and Hide one. Even when not full, it still keeps its shape. The Lucleon one was soft all over and fell down when not full.
The Jekyll and Hide one seems like good quality. The leather is nice - nicer than it appears on the picture. It was 400 pounds. But I got it on sale. Then the leather strap wasn't the same color as in the picture on their website, and the handle only has one button and not two, so it's narrow and therefore less comfortable. I wrote them and they gave me an extra 15% discount. So I got if for 55% of retail price; 220 pounds.
