Weasel or sable fur ?

Hey everybody,

I found a Kiton jacket that has a Weasel fur lining, and another Loro piana with Sable fur lining.

Does anyone know the differences between:

Weasel
Sable
Mink
Beaver
Marten

Which is the softest and/or rarest ?
